A note from Rachel, Aqua X instructor:

Welcome to Aqua X!

Aqua X is a high-intensity water aerobic class, but don't let that scare you away. It can be described as "boot camp in the water".  We can accommodate to anyone's fitness or swim level.  My theory is you have to start somewhere. None of us are all on the same fitness level, so you should never feel intimidated.

This class allows you to push yourself to your own limits with the support and encouragement from others.  Through the natural resistance of the water, we strengthen and tone muscles, all while reducing muscle soreness, enhancing circulation, and promoting flexibility.

We do all this in a FUN way.  It makes you look forward to doing it and keep coming back.  We utilize various types of equipment such as; large fitness balls, swim noodles, aqua barbells, kickboards and much more!  Please come give it a try, you won't regret it!
