Known as the Zumba "pool party", Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that's cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.
Enjoy the therapeutic benefits of our warm water pool and improve your social and physical wellness. The YMCA of the USA and American Arthritis Foundation joined together to create this low impact water recreational exercise program for people with arthritis. It is not necessary to know how to swim.
EASY DOES IT
This self-instructed class is a time for you to come "do it yourself" exercises as well as build lasting friendships. It's designed for seniors, those recovering from surgery, and those seeking self-led water exercises to improve range of motion and strength without impact on the joints. Space is available in the deep end. Join the afternoon crowd for an informal water volleyball game in the shallow end!

Have you always wished you could swim? Training for an event? Do you think you could use a refresher course? Then join us for adult swim lessons--we can help you! All levels of instruction offered and will be determined the first night of class. Beginners to advanced swimmers welcome! Private lessons are available too--great for adults who need a flexible schedule, or who want to achieve specific goals.
Activate your aqua exercise urge for variety! SilverSplash® offers LOTS of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special SilverSneakers® kickboard is used to develop strength, balance, and coordination.
Make friends and meet new people! Swimnastics is a basic level water exercise class that uses the natural buoyancy and resistance of water and equipment to work toward improving participant flexibility, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance.
