Swimnastics

 

This program is for those who want a good workout in good company.  We uses music, kickboards, weight and various other floatation devices to make the most of what the water has to offer to give you a good workout.  You do not need to know how to swim to participate.  One things you may not know about water fitness is...It's easier to stay cooler in the pool!

The benefits of pool workouts are numerous. change up your usual exercise routine and give the pool workouts a try!
